Throughout her career, Claudia has supported organisations in strengthening their capabilities, navigating workforce challenges, and making informed people decisions across operational, specialist, management, and executive roles.

Before establishing Talent Results, Claudia held senior leadership positions within national talent firms, leading teams, managing multi-state client portfolios, and delivering outcomes across diverse industries and jurisdictions. These roles shaped a practical, people-centred approach, grounded in organisational realities, workforce dynamics, and the importance of alignment between people, culture, and strategy.

Today, Talent Results partners with organisations across metropolitan, regional, and remote Australia, providing recruitment delivery, talent advisory, and flexible people support tailored to real operational needs.
